Privacy Policy

Last updated June 4, 2026

This Privacy Policy is a template provided for general informational purposes and must be reviewed and customized by qualified legal counsel before AriesView relies on it in production or at launch. It does not constitute legal advice.

1. Introduction

AriesView (“AriesView,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides an AI-native software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that helps commercial real estate (CRE) teams accelerate acquisitions diligence by reading, structuring, and analyzing deal documents such as leases, rent rolls, and financial statements. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and process it, the choices you have, and the rights available to you under applicable data protection laws.

This policy applies to our marketing websites, the AriesView application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information. When you register or are provisioned an account, we collect identifiers such as your name, business email address, employer or organization, job title, and authentication credentials. For paid plans we may collect billing contact details; payment card data is handled by our payment processor and is not stored on our systems.
  • Uploaded deal documents and content.The Service is designed to ingest the documents and data you choose to upload — including leases, amendments, rent rolls, financials, due-diligence packages, and related materials (“Customer Content”). This Customer Content may contain information about properties, tenants, counterparties, and other individuals or entities. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload such content to the Service.
  • Usage and device data. We automatically collect technical and usage information such as IP address, browser and device characteristics, pages and features used, actions taken within the application, timestamps, and log and diagnostic data. This helps us operate, secure, and improve the Service.
  • Communications. When you contact us for support, a demo, or sales, we collect the information you provide and a record of those communications.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Service and your account;
  • Process Customer Content to deliver the platform’s core functionality — including document extraction, lease abstraction, rent-roll validation, risk surfacing, and analysis you request;
  • Authenticate users, manage subscriptions, and process billing;
  • Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support;
  • Monitor, analyze, and improve performance, reliability, and usability of the Service;
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

4. AI Processing of Customer Content

The AriesView platform uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to read and structure the documents you upload. We process Customer Content solely to provide the Service to you and your organization — for example, to extract structured data, generate analysis, and produce outputs you can review and export with citations back to the source document.

We do not use your Customer Content to train, fine-tune, or improve foundational or shared AI models without your explicit consent. Where the Service relies on third-party AI providers to perform processing, we engage providers under contractual terms that restrict the use of your content to delivering the Service and that prohibit using it to train their general-purpose models. AI-generated outputs are intended to support human review and are not a substitute for professional judgment.

5. Data Sharing and Subprocessors

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the Service and as described below:

  • Subprocessors and service providers. We use trusted vendors to provide cloud hosting and storage, AI inference, analytics, communications, and payment processing. These providers may process information on our behalf under contractual obligations consistent with this policy.
  • Within your organization.Customer Content and account activity may be accessible to other authorized users within your organization’s workspace.
  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AriesView, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred subject to this policy.

6. Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include encryption in transit, access controls, authentication, network protections, logging, and least-privilege practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain account information and Customer Content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We also retain information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated Customer Content; upon a valid request, we will delete or de-identify such data within a commercially reasonable period, subject to backup retention cycles and legal requirements.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under laws such as the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). These may include the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; to withdraw consent; and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@ariesview.com. Where AriesView processes Customer Content on behalf of a customer, we act as a processor and will direct individual requests to the relevant customer (controller).

9. International Data Transfers

We may process and store information in countries other than the one in which you are located, including the United States. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we implement appropriate safeguards — such as standard contractual clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms — to protect your information consistent with applicable law.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Service is a business tool intended for use by professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

12. Contact Us
